TikiNotes provides a very flexible text input method, working with one finger, two fingers, either in landscape or portrait mode, and invents the outstanding "sliding-typing" experience where you can slide across the keyboard with your fingers to produce any letter in one single move ! To produce a given letter, you put your finger on the key where you see the letter (1 among 6 possibilites for each key) : instantly the keyboard will zoom , allowing you to reach the letter by relasing on top of the key that holds the correct letter.. and that's it !
You can do it either by double clicking or by sliding over the keyboard with a very natural "drag and drop" gesture. Because your fingers only have to fly over 6 big keys (instead of all other standard input methods) , you will experience that your fingers will memorise very rapidly the positions of the letters, exactly as a musician ! Now you can concentrate your focus on the text you are typing and write without errors, saving the time you usually lose by finding the letter on your qwerty keyboard or correcting the input because your fingers hit the wrong letter on such small keys ! |

Please note that the letters in the first level are exposed exactly in the same relative position that they will be in the next level, so that you can predict with no learning where to move your finger. To help you type with no memory effort, the letters within a key follow a circular order , starting from the position where your finger will be when you hit the key at first level. Please also note that because the letter is produced only when you release your finger on second level, you have all your time to explore the different keys. To increase your speed we recommend you do the following exercices |
